Return Policy

What is the return policy?

• If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 1 days of receiving it.
• Make sure to keep the packaging and order details handy.
• The T-shirt must be in its original condition with all tags attached. If not, we cannot accept the return.
• You can send it back through any reputed courier company or through registered post. You will have to bear the postal charges to return the product back.
• Once we receive the product, we will check the quality and process the refund.
• It will take 5 to 7 business days to reach us. And, the refund process will take 7 to 10 business days from the time you request it.

Exchange Policy

What is the Exchange policy?

•  You can exchange your T-shirt for a different size or style within 1 of delivery.
• The T-shirt must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size or style.

Important Note :

• If you want to return, it must be unused, unwashed and it must have labels and tags. Also, it must be returned in its original packaging with the bill copy within 5 days of delivery. That is how, we make sure the product is still in good condition and everything is in order.
• If you receive the package in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before you open it, let the delivery person know and they'll take it back

• For Customized Product, there is No Returns and Replacements will be accepted.

• Products bought during special offers aren't eligible for return or replacement.
• If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, you can always contact us through contact@dhirra.com and we will definitely look into it and get back to you asap.
• Please mention contact details and order number while sending it back to us.

What if I have received a wrong or defective product?

Please send us the image of the product (Image should be clear) at contact@dhirra.com and we will get back to you. If it is genuine, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

What if I cancel the order? Will I get refund?

• Yes,you will definitely get the refund and it will take 7 to 10 working days.
• You will be having 1 hour to cancel the ordered item from the time you have placed the order.

• All Surprise T-Shirts and Offer T-Shirts are final sale and non-returnable.
• Due to the nature of Surprise T-Shirts, we cannot guarantee specific designs, colors, or sizes.
• Offer T-Shirts are limited to the specified quantity and duration
• Payment is required at the time of order.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for Surprise T-Shirts and Offer T-Shirts.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses during shipping

Refund Policy

In the event of a refund:

1. The refund amount will only include the product cost.
2. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Example:

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid Rs. 500 for a product and Rs.60 for shipping, your refund will be Rs.500.
